Conference events

We have arranged two events for our conference delegates. 

• Welcome reception: 15th June 2026, from 18:00 at at the historic Helsinki City Hall. Free of charge for our delegates but places are limited. 
• Conference dinner: 16th June 2026, from 19:00 to 22:00, venue at Sipuli Restaurant, situated within walking distance of the University of Helsinki. The dinner will include a welcome cocktail, three courses, drinks and a flamenco dance show.

Please book your ticket when registering as a delegate. Tickets are not available separately.
