A valid Student ID must be attached while registering as proof of the delegate’s student status
Student members are those who
- have paid for membership after our conference in Granada 2024; or,
- attended the conference in Granada 2024, and opt-in the membership option.
Refunds will be possible until 01 May 2026 minus an administration fee:
- Until 05 March 2026: 35 EUR fee.
- Between 06 March to 30 April 2026: 70 EUR fee.
No refund will be possible after 01 May 2026
